Cook and Eat classes are great if you want to learn new cooking skills, improve your confidence or just meet new people. Come along to one of our Cook and Eat sessions to learn about:

  • Healthy Eating
  • Cooking on a Budget
  • Food Preparation and Hygiene

Footprints has helped lots of people from Buttershaw learn basic and advanced skills in cooking food from fresh. Not only is it cheaper but it is also healthier to. Avoid expensive ‘convenience’ food that leads to obesity and poor health. Learn to use fresh ingredients and make sure your family get the vital nutrition that they need to learn well and live well.

It’s okay just to come for a laugh as well. Meeting new people and getting out and about is so important. Everyone is welcome, we do ask for a small donation of £1.50 towards our costs.
